When: Saturday April 30th, from 9:45am-2pm
Where: Relics Retreat 4800 Grave Creek Road, Eureka, MT
Who: Emily Butler is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Holistic Health Coach. She is trained in Trauma Informed Bodywork and Trauma Sensitive Yoga and in her private practice works with survivors and those in recovery as individuals and in group settings, to create and foster safety within the body. She draws from the works/research of Bessel van der Kolk, Peter Lavine, and David Emerson, incorporating many aspects of somatic therapy, beath work, therapeutic massage and embodiment practices into a unique movement/yoga experience.
Join us for a day of creating refuge in our bodies.
We will move through an embodiment yoga flow, and find rest in restorative postures while receiving gentle massage and trigger point therapy from a Licensed Massage Therapist. All yoga props will be provided, however feel free to bring your own if you’d like.
Lunch and snacks will be provided (Vegan and GF options available)
Enjoy full access to the spa at Relics, including all the 3 saunas, hot tub, indoor/outdoor showers, and outdoor cold pool (weather permitting).
This is a hands-on workshop. Participants will have the option to receive massage and physical attunements during the workshop. To mitigate the spread of germs, please opt out of physical contact if you are not feeling well. As always, we will implore sanitary practices.
